Antonio G. Jimenez

Miami Criminal Defense Attorney serving Miami-Dade County, Florida

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree from National University in 2002 while serving full time in the United States Navy. From there, I went on to Stetson University College of Law where I earned my Juris Doctor Degree and was awarded the William F. Blews award for outstanding Pro Bono service.

While in law school, I also earned a Master of Forensic Science Degree from National University and a Master of Criminal Justice Degree from Boston University, completing all requirements online.   I was honorably discharged from the military in 2002 after five years of service to my country.

After graduating from Stetson, I joined the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney where I prosecuted misdemeanor domestic violence cases, juvenile cases, and felony cases ranging from serious DUIs to armed robbery.

I decided to open my own law office in order to practice entiirely in the field that I love and to help others in a more effective way.  I only handle criminal cases and only a few cases in a given time.  This ensures that I am able to devote all my time and energy to your case and your needs.  I do not believe in law firms that advertise heavily and only care about the business side.  They want to get as many clients as possible and have many paralegals and associate lawyers working on the case.  They try to plea the case as quickly as possible without doing much investigation or work on the case.  I will not be that lawyer or have that type of law firm.  Each case is important to me and will be handled as if we were going to trial.  This means that every detail of your case will be analyzed and we will take as long as it requires.  I don't believe in a plea bargain until we analyzed all the options and the plea is in your best interest.  I will truly work hard to defend your rights and will fight for you.

Nothing less will be accepted.
