Almost all lawyers say "Free Consultation" but who knows what that really means.  This is what I mean by free consultation:

• Up front evaluation about your case and the options available.
• Honest answers about possible outcomes about your case. 
• No "scare tactics!"
• All your questions answered during the session.
• No time limit for the consultation but usually lasts about half hour.
• A full review of any documents you have with you including police reports or contracts.

During this session, I will tell you how much the fee will be for my services.  In criminal law cases I charge a flat fee so you will always know how much you are paying for legal services.  The only extra is out-of-pocket expenses like court costs and depositions but even this will be discussed up front.  There are no hidden charges and I am completely up front about everything.

In personal injury cases I do not charge a fee unless I recover money from the other party.  The firm will pay all expenses associated with the case and will only deduct the expenses if I recover.  If I do not recover money I do not charge you for the attorney's fee or expenses.  It's that simple.

The least you can do is contact me and schedule your free consultation.  You owe it to yourself to get an upfront evaluation of your case.

FXX1996A: Client charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Conspiracy to Traffic.
Result: All charges dropped

MXX0003: Client charged with Disorderly Intox
Result: Client placed on program with the only condition that he complete an online course and give a donation to a charity.  Charges to be dropped as soon as program is completed.

FXX26167B: Client charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sale
Result: Client was placed on judicial monitoring program.  Has to be drug tested once a month for 6 months.  If all tests negative after 6 months charges to be dropped.
