Almost all lawyers say "Free Consultation" but who knows what that really means. This is what I mean by free consultation:
- Up front evaluation about your case and the options available.
- Honest answers about possible outcomes about your case.
- No "scare tactics!"
- All your questions answered during the session.
- No time limit for the consultation but usually lasts about half hour.
- A full review of any documents you have with you including police reports or contracts.
During this session, I will tell you how much the fee will be for my services. I charge a flat fee so you will always know how much you are paying for legal services. The only extra is out-of-pocket expenses but even this will be discussed up front. There are no hidden charges and I am completely up front about everything.
The least you can do is contact me and schedule your free consultation. You owe it to yourself to get an upfront evaluation of your case.
